Her professional journey began in 2004 at the Ministry of Rural Development in Afghanistan, where she contributed significantly to rural development initiatives.
In 2009, Hamida pursued academic studies in journalism at Kabul University, later earning a master’s degree in political science from Payam Noor University in Kabul in 2018. Her dedication to education and women’s empowerment extended to her work as a journalist. For three years, she produced and hosted the “Shadow Program” and “Successful Women” on Rah Farda Radio and Television, highlighting the achievements and challenges of Afghan women.
In 2015, Hamida co-founded the Empowered Women Organization, leading numerous initiatives to support women’s advancement. Her efforts included establishing a training center, repair shop, and women’s mobile store as part of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
Hamida was also a PhD candidate at Gilan International University in Iran, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence. However, her studies were interrupted by the fall of Kabul.
Currently residing in Germany, Hamida continues her advocacy for human rights, leveraging her extensive experience and passion for social justice to support and uplift marginalized communities. Her professional and academic achievements serve as a testament to her unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on society.
